I am an Assistant Professor in the department of mathematics at Indian Institute of Science (IISc), and a member of the Analysis and Probability Research Group (APRG). Before that I was an RTG postdoc at UC Berkeley from July 2015 to June 2018, and a visiting instructor at University of Notre Dame from August 2014 to May 2015. I completed my PhD under Jian Song at Rutgers on Canonical Kahler metrics with cone singularities in 2014. My thesis can be found here. Prior to that, I completed my bachelor of sciences (BSc honors) in mathematics and computer science at Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI), Chennai, India.

I am a geometric analyst with a specific focus towards existence and degenerations of canonical Kähler metrics and the relationship with algebro-geometric or topological obstructions. This involves study of fully non-linear equations, L^2 methods, Gromov-Haudorff convergence and comparison geometry.

Here is my latest CV.
